EDGE Legal LLC announced the addition of Lauracelis Roques-Arroyo as partner leading the firm’s Litigation and Appeals practice, a strategic move aimed at strengthening its capabilities in complex disputes, commercial matters, civil litigation and appellate advocacy.

The appointment expands the firm’s legal services platform as it continues positioning itself to handle high-level business and litigation matters across Puerto Rico.

The addition of Lauracelis Roques-Arroyo is part of a broader growth phase for EDGE Legal LLC, which also recently welcomed Néstor J. Navas D’Acosta as Senior Counsel, along with attorneys Catalina I. Sierra López and Norberto J. Román Pérez. The additions further strengthen the firm’s capabilities in key practice areas including litigation and appeals, corporate law, regulatory compliance and strategic advisory services.

Marilena Román Gandulla, co-managing partner of EDGE Legal LLC, said the arrival of Lauracelis Roques-Arroyo marks an important step in the firm’s continued evolution and expansion.

“The addition of Laura significantly strengthens our litigation and appellate practice. Her experience as a judge, trial attorney, legal advisor and law professor brings a highly valuable strategic perspective for both our clients and our team,” Román Gandulla said. “At EDGE Legal, we remain committed to attracting top-tier talent with strong legal judgment, practical vision and a dedication to excellence.”
