San Juan- In celebration of Father’s Day, El Hórreo by V. Suárez has launched “For Everything He Does,” a campaign that highlights the impact of fatherhood through the personal stories of employees across the organization.
The initiative features fathers from different divisions of V. Suárez & Co. sharing reflections on parenthood, family values, sacrifice, and the lessons they hope to pass on to future generations. Through authentic testimonials, the campaign recognizes the everyday acts of dedication that often go unnoticed but play a significant role in shaping families and communities.
“Everyone who is a parent understands the commitment it takes to give your best every day. Our responsibility does not end when the workday is over; when we get home, perhaps the most important job of all begins,” said Diego Adolfo Suárez, Vice President of the Wines Division at V. Suárez & Co.
According to Suárez, the campaign also serves as a tribute to the fathers within the company whose example reflects the organization’s core values of commitment, integrity, service, and respect.
Participants include Edgardo Conty Pérez, Vice President of Operations; Gregory Díaz, Wine Manager for the South and West regions and certified sommelier; Edwin Rubio, sommelier at El Hórreo; Joel Rosa, Customer Service Representative in Guaynabo; and several other employees who share their perspectives on fatherhood and family.
“As fathers, our greatest satisfaction is seeing our daughters grow and achieve their dreams,” said Rubio. “It is important to dedicate time, support, and constant encouragement so they can reach their full potential.”
The campaign also reflects the values that have guided V. Suárez & Co. since its founding in 1943. Now in its fourth generation of family leadership, the Puerto Rican company continues to emphasize integrity, hard work, commitment, and family-centered principles as key components of its corporate culture.
Beyond celebrating Father’s Day, “For Everything He Does” underscores the broader role fathers play in mentoring, supporting, and shaping future generations. The campaign concludes with a reminder that the most meaningful gifts are often not material, but rather the time, guidance, and love fathers provide every day.
As part of the initiative, El Hórreo has also curated a selection of gift baskets and specialty products designed to help families celebrate Father’s Day with a shared meal, meaningful conversations, and a toast to dad.
