Premier, a Puerto Rican auto insurance and warranty company and part of the nBeta group, continues to innovate and will soon launch an artificial intelligence (AI) platform for car dealerships and a new program that will reward customer loyalty and good driving records by lowering deductibles over five years.

“At Premier, we are constantly evolving, challenging ourselves to create what comes next to bridge the gap between where we are today and how far we can go. We do this by investing in extraordinary solutions to the everyday problems our partners and their customers face: artificial intelligence that enables them to make better decisions, new tools that bring value to their teams, products that address their customers’ needs, and a greater ability to shape the industry’s future together,” said Antonio J. Ortiz, CEO of Premier and nBeta.

An AI agent for dealerships

Among the innovations announced by Premier is the launch of the Dealer Development Agent (DDA powered by ARIA), an AI superagent that will empower dealerships to integrate, manage and analyze their data to identify opportunities, support decision-making, and drive more effective collaboration across teams.

This tool evolves ARIA, the AI agent Premier developed to connect key business technology platforms and provide faster, more effective access to information. DDA powered by ARIA will be available to dealerships beginning in 2027.

Premier says the platform is aimed at helping dealerships turn their data into decisions, from identifying sales opportunities to coordinating work across departments.

Faster claims and a deductible that disappears

Premier also announced it will transform its claims processing for warranties and other protection products with new AI tools. This implementation will streamline claims handling, delivering greater speed, accuracy and consistency.

The initiative builds on Premier’s experience applying AI to auto insurance claims using a tool launched in 2025. Just one year after its launch, approximately 20% of auto insurance claims now move from inspection to settlement offer in less than 24 hours, and an estimated 50% of payments are processed through digital channels. Of those digital payments, one-third are delivered instantly to consumers through ATH Móvil.

Meanwhile, Premier also announced a new product that will expand its value proposition in the auto insurance segment. “Deducible a Cero” will offer a unique benefit in Puerto Rico that rewards customer loyalty and a good driving record by gradually reducing the customer’s $500 deductible to $0 over five years. This product will be available before the end of the year.

The summit behind the announcements

The announcements were made during the fourth edition of the Premier Auto Summit. The event served as a platform to highlight products and innovations that Premier will launch in the coming months to benefit its customers.

Premier Auto Summit 2026 was attended by an audience of more than 600 people, including dealers, automotive brand representatives, financial institution executives, and other industry leaders and professionals.

The event also featured presentations by local and international experts on topics such as artificial intelligence adoption, the strategic use of data, the evolution of the customer experience, new sales and financing dynamics, and integrating service operations to drive dealership growth.

Premier, an nBeta company, provides comprehensive protection with a full portfolio of auto insurance and warranty products. Its model combines technology and specialized support to simplify claims, streamline inspections and respond more quickly to policyholders.

nBeta is a Puerto Rican holding company dedicated to solving everyday problems with extraordinary solutions, and its portfolio includes Premier and Connect, a roadside assistance company.
