The 4,200-square-meter facility features a 120-foot-long automated carwash
Puerto Rican company Autocare has expanded its footprint by opening its largest Charlie Boy Wash & Lube location at Plaza Centro in Caguas. The new facility, developed through a $6 million investment, increases the company’s total number of locations across the island to 18.
Located on Rafael Cordero Avenue at Plaza Centro, the new 4,200-square-meter facility features a 120-foot-long automated car wash tunnel with the capacity to service up to 1,000 vehicles a day. The new system uses advanced technology to optimize car washing, drying, and maintenance.
Autocare is a Puerto Rican company that specializes in automotive washing and maintenance services. In addition to automated washing services, the newly opened Charlie Boy will offer oil and filter changes as well, expanding the companies coverage in the central-eastern region of the island. The opening is part Autocare’s expansion plan in Puerto Rico, under which aims to reach a total of 20 locations before the end of 2026 under its brands Hi Tech, Charlie Boy and Mr. Quicks, for a cumulative investment that exceeds $40 million.
“We welcomed all locals to visit us and take advantage of discounts on our services through the end of July at our spacious facility, which also features a self-service interior cleaning space, equipped with multiple stations. The goal is for customers to receive multiple services in a single visit and in a short time, while always maintaining the highest quality standards. Irizarry noted.
